I've seen those leaves before... think its the 'mickey mouse plant' or Ochna something or other. Has really cool fruits. Try googling it :D

Yep, a variety of the Ochna integerrima family.
Always we hope someone else has the answer.

Ochna serrulata I think, yellow flowers, mickey mouse head fruits. You often see them in older gardens around Perth.
