Very nice Gerard :tu:
How old is the tree ? I have read it can take 6 or so years for a wisteria to flower if grown from seed.

Wow, what a fantastic display! They are really beautiful!

Have you done anthing in particular to encourage the flowers? I've had mine for 3 years now- was a natural ground layer that I dug up so it's older than that but still shows no signs of flowering... :(

I think it is about 10 years old and is flowering much later than the purple wisterias in the area.
Lots of water lots of fertilizer.
Repotted both this year and last year.
Will allow to grow wild for a few months after flowering (I let it grow wild this time last year)

I have let this tree grow wild since flowering until about 3 weeks ago.
To my great surprise after a very hard prune it has regrown most of what was removed :crikey: and flowered again :lost:
