Hey mate, looking good, Im curious as to what material the slab/base is? Is that an actual rock or is it something synthetic and man-made?

GDAY DREW
to me the moss is over powering the sight of the tree, when i look at it all my eye's see at the start is the moss :palm:
what you need to do is try to get people to focus on the tree and slab, so IMO i would put some more rocks in the moss to
break it up a bit and try to expose more of the tree itself, like add some soil to the tree to lift it higher and expose
some of the roots and try to find some nice thick roots to run over the top of the moss then into the soil. and then
you can see some tree and some moss and it will have the effect that the tree is growing out of the rock and the
roots are spreading over the top, so thats my opinion for you it is your choice and decission
cheers dean (dragon)

Dean,

I hear ya on the moss, thanks for the suggestion. But when i was thinking of a little chunk of shangrila i wasnt thinking neatly mowed lawns. They way i envisioned it is the way it turned out, now i just need to let it grow out and fill in.

Im definately gonna go with extra rocks here and there but when i find some nice sharp one!!!
