Post by Pup »

G,day members some of the trees have been sold. Olive no 12, Ficus no 6 Juniper no 1.

Also the magazines at this stage subject to getting good freight cost.
Seeing as magazines do not have the same requirements, we have some options.

The other trees are up for sale still . I am aware of freight so the original prices have been discounted to help in that, some quite heavily.

If I need to I will put the offers to be discussed with the owner.

Cheers Pup

Come on you young fella's and new comers , don't be put off buy the daunting task of looking after a Bonsai like these .Just sit them on a bench and in 12 months time you will have the knowledge and support to put you own personal spin on these specimens . I wish stock like this was available served up on a plate when i started , probably was but i didn't know about bonsai nurseries and forums then .Bloody good investment in our local bonsai History .

Surprising no! But the boxes took some punishment.
I now have to find a index from 37 - 108.

Unfortunately there is none, but if you look in the back of the higher numbers they give it to you in there. I had a feeling that might happen to the boxes.

So I was right to point out to some one who wanted to buy one of the trees, and send it though the post. It would have just fitted in one of those boxes without any padding.

Again thanks Mick, pleasure doing business and will send the mag if and when it arrives.

A member of the Canberra Bonsai Society produced this index...

Bonsai Focus Magazine has kindly placed Joe’s index on their website as an eBook. At a small outlay of 7.95 Euros (approx. $10.00 AUD) much less than the cost of printing, you can have access to this great resource from one of our members.
It can be ordered from

Hi Pup,

Just wanted to let you know that the trees arrived yesterday afternoon all in good health and the cost of freighting them to Brisbane was much cheaper than I first budgeted for, The trees are great quality, and will be a great addition to my collection, I am very lucky to have been able to purchase such high quality trees for such a cheap price

Cheers
