hey not to sure if any one has heard any news on maidenwell mine but while i was searching grays online i found all maidenwells machinery and tools and everything for auction. they also have stockpiles of diatomite for auction if anyone is interested. sorry to be bearer of bad news to any who may not have known this

Not great news but please link the detials for the auction so I can stockpile on diatomite :fc:
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

There are several auctions but all are fines or dust. I reckon the fines would be ok.
I am considering bidding on one like this

yep, wouldn't quite fit in the back of the Laser :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

it's only a bargain if you can use it or sell it for more :lost: ... so after transportation, storage, sorting/rebagging, postage etc. even a group buy could get kinda messy :whistle: but sounds like there's plenty who buy in :aussie:

Hey sorry I didnt post link of page but seems you all found it pretty well. Bulker bags would be great buy, but it all depends whether it is all fired and ready for use.

Hi owieo86, it's my understanding that Diatomite is not actually fired, so should be ready for use :fc: (might need to be dried out though to make it lighter, given recent wet weather events?)
