gday Dean,

that sucks bro, I know how your feeling, it is soooo hard to not be able to get out and do things when you want to so badly. I hope you heal up a bit quicker now, its been going for a while. how is the rehab coming along? i know the rehab is a very long process aswell. do you have access to a pool? at your home or a close friend? getting in the pool is so much releif. I will be living in one coming over christmas, going to the wifes uncles place for a few days and he has put in a new pool, wooohooo!

all the best champ :)

Gday jamie it does suck real bad but you have to live through the pain and drag ya self around when i need anything , my body is healing slowly but getting there
been 14 months and 2 operations last one 4 inches of titanium X 2 each side of spine and 8 screws in spine it will take a while . i do rehab 3 days a week and 2 days in a heated pool for hydro as it is the only hydro pool in my area ,my parents have got a pool but it is too damn cold at moment so yer im doing it heated style hahahaha but other wise going good thanks for the kind words
cheers dean ( dragon)

The operation sounds painful :shake:
Hope you get better soon as I know suffering from back, shoulder, knee can have a devastating effect on quality of life.

Don't stress, take one step at a time and enjoy your bonsai day by day.

Best regards.
If it looks good,..GROW IT !!!!!
