Who is sleeping in my fig tree?
Who is this curled up sleeping in my green island fig raft?
cheers
Ash
At least he might keep the pests down!
The bonsai is a small chuhin Ficus 'microcarpa' cv. 'Green Island' seven trunk raft style that has been in training for 30 years and is growing in a pot made by my bonsai teacher especially for this little tree.cheers
Ash

Re: Who is sleeping in my fig tree?
is that a wild GTP? If so wow, your a very lucky guy to get them in your back yard.
For those asking its a GTP, short for Green tree python, Morelia viridis, starts off yellow then gradually changes to green as they grow

Love it!

Fantastic Ash, what a great visitor you've got there. I've got some miniature praying mantis that I'm yet to photograph, nothing close to your visitor of course
