Acer Truncatum (shantung maple)

Discussions about propagating from cuttings, seeds, air layers etc. Going on a dig (Yamadori) or thinking of importing? Discuss how, when and where here.

Acer Truncatum (shantung maple)

Post by Luke308 »

Hi guys and gals,
I have been reading a lot on this website http://www.metromaples.com and have come to the conclusion that Shantung maples should thrive in Adelaide, as they do well in Texas. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them in Australia? Also, where can I get seeds and or seedlings/saplings of this species?
