The problem with stuff that kills everything is that IT KILLS EVERYTHING. By being specific with insecticides, you are reducing the collateral damage to the surrounding environment.

If you have an issue with multiple pests, it could be due to poor cultural conditions. By increasing the health of the plants, you also increase their natural defence mechanisms and reduce pests and disease.

If you do need to spray, I would recommend horticultural oils for the white flies and 'Dipel' for the caterpillars.

Try to keep a more vigilant eye on them and pick them off your trees, easiest way  good luck

There is a more natural spray there called bug gone or something like that, it contains garlic and chilli along with the pyrithrums (sp) which may stop the catapillars eating the leaves.

Otherwise eco oil would be best but the oil sprays are contact sprays so you actually have to spray the crawlies. Eco oil is plant based were other oils are either soap based or petrolium based.

Dishwashing Liquid diluted in water I believe is a effective deterrent and quite safe.

The only Bugs I have that are a pest, are the Looper Worm. I use the product Yates "Dipel" to get rid of them.
The only other thing I use is "Confidor" on my Azaleas about 3- 4 times a year to control Thrips, Aphids, Lace bug.

Rogor - from most good nursery's. It is toxic and kills things, but it is effective. Not sure of the long term effect, but does give excellant short impact. Read the label carefully.

I think you mean Beat A Bug Chilli, Garlic and Pyrethrum http://www.greenharvest.com.au/pestcont ... _prod.html

Naturally derived, works great, wear eye protection, don't inhale.

Cheers,
