Craig,

Thanks for the update,as I mention in my FB message the illusion of depth in this raft is amazing given how narrow the whole lot is https://www.ausbonsai.com.au/360/Casuari ... mii_pupds/

I really like the changes you have made, only one question... is that a bit of a taper issue starting to happen near the tops of the taller trunks?

Matt

:gday: All, ,

A little while back i decided to start adressing the bulge near to the top of tree #1 (tallest), i removed a section of it, hollowed it out so it would heal over, it seemed like a good way to go at the time :lost: ,

however since i first got the group i had in mind jinning the top out of tree #1, fairly big call but i'm going to do it  pics to come

:gday: all, i spent around 4 hours removing un-needed clododes(needles) and wiring branches into place today. The tree looks sparse without the apex, but i now have a new leader wired up and am starting to get the branches where i want them,, it's due for a repot sometime soon,.

That is a very interesting group of trees Craig, it is very hard to pick a point that needs to be rectified, so I will not try.

Thank you for sharing.
