Used a few different gauges. I assume you mean for the main trunk bending though. I have had the wire for a while I am not really sure of the gauge. Its more there to add some support. Most of the big bends are held with guy wires and cable ties

Here is a quick Sketch of the direction of the tree.

Maybe more than a year the comp provides to get here. :P

Currently in Malaysia right now so Unable to post an updated pics, off to China next week for work then back for Christmas, will put some updated pics on then. Last time I looked at the tree before I left it had put on a fair mass of growth (this was 3 weeks ago now) so in another 3 weeks when I am back home I am hoping for some good growth to work on.

Hopefully my housesitter is keeping them healthy and alive, thats always a worry when you get someone else to look after your trees.

Unfortunately I came back home to a balcony of Dead Bonsai. All of them apart from the Mugo Pine I have entered in the comp, that is looking a little pale too.

Been away for 6 weeks and it seems our house sitter was rather complacent with watering!

Big Bummer for sure. Fortunately I had the forthought to take some and plant them in the ground at my parents place. So not all is lost. They are all destined to stay in the ground for another season before digging anyway. Going away for another six weeks in a couple of days so I wont be going looking for any new trees for a while.
