Bretts tree!!!

Post by Pup »

Hi all this is Brett's other tree he owns, just has to get it from here to there.

Plus I am not sure whether I should charge him extra for the second tree coming up.

It is a collected Melaleuca rhaphiophylla. What ya reckon Brett :P

:D :D :D Mine mine all mine :D
Thanks Pup looks like you are taking good care of it for me it looks great.

When Deborah Koreshoff was selling of some of her trees I felt I was not experienced enough to be buying trees that where hundreds of dollars even if they were a bargain. I have regretted that decision ever since. I was not going to let that happen again with your trees.
To own a couple of the longest developed paperbark bonsai in Australia if not the world (do they grow them anywhere else?) I am very grateful.

Now time to review the rules for the yearly Ausbonsai native comp

Oh any chance to get a pic of the miniature Elm that Bailey snuck into the deal  :tu:

Best regards
Brett

PS if anyone is heading back from WA give me a holar and will see if we can work a deal to get this over :fc:
It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.

Here we go again the Grewia picture is for Danica Brett. Not coming over.

This is baileys tree I bet he has grown more than this, although it does get a regular prune.

Love the Grewia Pup/Mrs Pup, they are an under-used bonsai species in my opinion and they would do well in your climate Brett.

Cheers,
Mojo

Yes the Grewia grow well here Mojo. Sold one off and was hoping to get a bigger one as Danica loved it but had to settle for another little one. Would like to find a large one :lost:
