Hi,

Is anyone growing cedars in Brisbane. If so what variety are you growing and do they require any special treatment.

Thanks.

Deodar cedars are ok on the NSW mid North Coast, but tending to be marginally. The ones in town near the beach don't look too healthy; the ones inland are healthier, esoecially if they get light frost.'

Lebanon cedars are also ok away from the beach.

Atlantic cedars will sulk and die here.

Steve has it about right.

Carole at Mudgeeraba has grown Himalayan cedars successfully for many years,
