Juniper Squamata Semi Cascade

Post by Leigh Taafe »

Hi,

I did this tree as a demo from raw material a few years ago. I had never really taken any pics of it. It just sold, so I quickly whipped the camera out and got some shots of it before it left.

Cheers,
Leigh.

Hi Leigh,
I like the uniqueness of this tree.
We could all suggest cutting that would fit it into a nice tree category, but this is unique.
cheers
Dave

Thanks Dave, I like that it is unique too.

Thanks Antonio, not sure I would do that, but everyone has different ideas, which makes this kind of forum great. You probably wouldn't have paid as much as the guy who bought it though. But it was from a stock standard staked juniper in a 12 inch pot that I started with (wholesale was about $70 or $80 - I cant remember), it would only take a few years of work to get one looking the way you wanted it.

Cheers,
Leigh.
