This olive may come home one day hehehehe
Went looking for some olives today on the way home an found this one i just have to dig it i cant just leave it there
its not really a big tree but with these olive a lot can be under ground like my last one but will investigate futher as soon as i can

Mate ,when collecting is concerned i thought I had a problem but You have "Serious" issues.

reminds me of way back when i lived in adelaide brown hill creek was my back yard kind of

I found a couple of Rippers today OV Biggest buggers I have seen. Nice big fluted root base

I didn't take the phone with me today but I will get a pic because I was hoping some one else will want to buy it off me. Hmmn I wish I could just keep them all though

Went back today to check this tree
an found that the deadwood in pictures was just sitting on the ground not part of the tree
.
But any way i checked out the tree an it looks good
may get a raft olive out of it i think, been after one for a while but hard to find as most olives are clump style. Below is some pictures of the tree planning on going back to dig it out in the next week or so
. Just up from it i found a little olive that i collected looked like it been eaten by sheep has some nice dead wood on it for a small tree
.
But any way i checked out the tree an it looks good

Hopefully collecting this tree on Saturday Afternoon
today by luck happen to be checking the tree out again an caught up with the farmer that owns the property hes more then happy me collecting the olives along his fence line he hates the things
will post pictures once collected

Finally went a collected this tree
1hr later was heading home with it in my car it was very easy to collect for an olive of this size
lots of shallow feeder roots with only 2-3 main tap roots
here are some pictures
The one with the red arrow shows where there are roots got them rapped up in wet towel it was getting late
will place a pot there in the morning
