Sorry but if you keep it indoors like bretts i wouldnt suggest it either, unless its at night only..... but try just find a tree at your house you can keep it under cover or under a roofed area with limited sunlight, the reason why it would still be growing (like mine is so dont stress mate) is cause the sun is playing tricks this year i think.. in a way its kinda good for more branches to grow, but i wouldnt be stressed mate we had decent rains and its slowly getting cooler

i would just keep it under cover from rain and sun, tridents are hard to kill unless its completely dry soil but at least if you keep it in the shade itll have a short yet still a dormant stage, just my
