Banksia Marginata (large)

Post by Chojo1974 »

Banksia marginata dug in October last year. 20cm at the base of the tree. It stands 90cm high. I cut the main section of the tree out before digging and it was pushing new shoots 3 weeks after being potted. The root ball was dense and an easy dig overall. Any thoughts?

Thats a nice specimen for a long term growing project. I know Craig 60 is an expert on Banksias, perhaps he will chime in with a few comments.
