[ID] Deciduous Tree

Post by Phoenix238 »

Hi All,

I was parked in the local shopping centre and spotted this tree, now I'm curious to know what it is. Hope you guys can help.

I apologise for the poor quality photo's, they were taken with my phone

Acer negundo aka box elder maple. Quite common, but not well suited to bonsai. I have a group planting which someone gave me and it is frustrating trying to keep the leaf size small.
