Hi All.
Bought this from a local nursery which is closing down. The guy said if I promised to take the weeds as well, I could have it for $1!
I'm thinking of a natural shape for this one, kind of a broom but rounder?
Be interested to know what others can see in it.
Cheers.
Styling advise please

What is it ? That can make a difference in styling options. My first guess would be Blueberry Ash ?

Nice buy. I'd agree that trunk has already made up its mind what it's going to do, the question is, how far back do you cut it? Search lilli-pilly to find out when people cut them hard, then for mine, I'd take it quite a long way back - the smaller the eventual foliage mass, the larger the trunk is going to look. Then spend a few years ramifying close in.
Good find, good price!

Hi Gavin.
Thanks for the reply.
I'm reckoning to cut it about 4 inches from where the trunk breaks in order to give the secondary branches some taper and the illusion of a large trunked but natural tree.
Will update when I'm done.
Cheers.
Nigel.
