Re: Hiro Melbourne 2012 Photos
Hi Gerard,
Thanks for posting the photos.
It was a great workshop today and time just flew past for me. I would like to thank all the BSV members for making me feel very welcome and especially Quentin for assisting with all the wiring had to be done on my tree.
Hiro is a just incredible with what he can see in a tree that creates a beautiful bonsai.
Cindy

Thanks for all the effort Gerard and am thinking of you all having a great time
I absolutely love the last one that has been created. A great windswept and the tiny tilt makes a huge difference.

Thanks for posting. It's always good to see the process of finding the tree within, condensed.

Re: Hiro Melbourne 2012 Photos
One of the first things taught to me, by Hiro when I first met him was to look inside for the tree.
Since that first meeting I have, also I look for the smallest tree, that means that us vertically challenged will have the right size.
Enjoy your time with him it is invaluable. Even if you are just watching what is going on.
Cheers Pup

Re: Hiro Melbourne 2012 Photos
Thanks Gerard for posting the photos, especially for the ones who aren’t able to join in as either participants or observers.
But also to wet the appetite for others to come along
…. there are still some spaces for the Monday and Tuesday afternoon sessions available.
This is a rare opportunity for some great learning and to take home a vastly improved tree! We liked all of the results achieved yesterday!
Hiro is certainly a great master
Cheers, R&M

If you visit this trees owner you will find it tucked away in a corner behind the garage where nobody sees it.bodhidharma wrote:Whoa..Nice Red pineWho is the lucky holder of that.
