Shimpaku Juniper - value?

Post by MoGanic »

Hello all,

Recently re-potted this wonderful little Shimpaku and the thought occurred to me that I had no idea what it was worth. Unfortunately the age isn't 100% clear to me but I'm hoping someone will clarify?

ALSO - out of inspiration as to where to take this tree, I have plucked it since these photos were taken and neatened up some of the foliage but that's about it. The deadwood on this tree seems to be growing some green fungus type stuff, looks feral. How do I remove it? Or can I just apply lime sulfur over it?

Cheers guys,
-Mo
