Aarrrhhh..i dont believe it
I had been doing trees all day when i decided to work on the comp tree. When i finished and looked at it i realized i had been brain dead
and had created a McBonsai. I do think i can save it with refinement but..bloody hell..oh well, move forward.
Lovely Japanese pot though.

Hi Bodhi
Any chance of getting a top down view of this tree? Lovely movement there hidden amongst the foliage.
Cheers

The tree has been a surprise packet and has powered on like it has not had anything done to it. I have already started its tip pruning and it is responding well.

This tree is going gangbusters and is being finger pruned constantly. Time for secondary selections.

Wow,
that's a lovely tree. Gives me some inspiration and ideas for sure.
Do you intend wiring the smaller branchlets?
where do you see the tree going from here?
thanks for sharing.

Re: [bodhidharma] Juniperis chinensis "sargentii"
Thanks Ado, i will now start to wire out the smaller branching off the main branches. I will keep on with finger pruning the foliage and try to get a denser foliage cover.ADO wrote:that's a lovely tree. Gives me some inspiration and ideas for sure.

I unwired the tree and will now rewire to start secondary branch selection. Report more later.
