Snow on my Bonsai
Yesterday afternoon we had a light dusting of snow here so I went out to take a couple of snaps.
The quality of the photos is not great, but it was very dark and cold (they are my only excusses for now) but it was nice to see just a little snow on a few trees.

Re: Snow on my Bonsai
We officially had minus 6.8 degrees at 6.30 this morning in Canberra at the airport. Coldest temp ever in September.
A bit cold to say the least but no snow yesterday.
Nice pics Watto but you mus have been shivering from the cold.

Nice movement in the first trunk, lovely old monster in the third (is that a trident?) - thanks for posting.
Was that the camera shivering, or you? And will we need snow chains on the 29th Sept.? Are you selling rum with the coffee?

Looks good Watto. Nice when nature plays her part. Suits the trees well. And I thought Melbourne was cold

Re: Snow on my Bonsai
Hi Watto , Goulburn that cold . I had about 3 inches here back in the early 90's my tree's looked the goods all covered in snow . Long before digital camera's came into my possession .Definitely a unique scene with a good dusting .
Cheers Alpine

Watto, just in case, I've started knitting another jumper. I hope I get it finished in time.

Re: Snow on my Bonsai
I'm sorry, but I don't think that you are going to get enough snow to weigh down the branches...
