Variegated Coprosma - restyle advice

Post by MoGanic »

Hey everyone,

Just got this because I love the leaves. Then it arrived and I realised I didn't particularly like the style - its O.K but nothing spesh. 14 years old currently - around 23cm tall from top of soil to top of highest leaf.

Any advice for this little tree?

-Mo

Last picture, lowest branch on the right should be your leader. Layer or cut of the other section and then into a grow pot or into the ground for a few years

Thanks Bodhi - seems like a good option. Any idea if the Variegated form of Coprosma will air-layer as well as ord coprosma? Perhaps air layer at a different time?

That will be no problem. All Coprosma layer easily.
