Nice looking tree... it's actually nice to see a more slender fig for a change rather than the sumo styles(not that they dont look good as well!) What's the history / story with it?

I hope its history was treated with rooting hormone and popped into some propagation sand :lost: :lost: :lost:

I am confused :lost:
I am assumeing that you had the tree as originally posted, and have chopped real hard back to what we see in the last photo?
any particular reason if that is the case?

Improvements Ken, and I love chopping things up

The trees history is that it once belonged to Mrs Pup ;) , I purchased it from her and have had it for some time now. The main reason I liked it, was how the three trunks joined together at their bases. I shortened the smallest tree back to the first branch with a plan in mind and then threw caution to the wind and well the rest is history.

Cutting all accounted for :tu:

cheers

BAM...and its gone...hehehe.

I like the idea of reducing the height and making a more low lying heavier trunked fig. I love how hard you gan cut these guys back. Look forword to seing what it produces.
