i dug these 2 stumps on friday
i think they are olives? maybe?
i dont know :palm:

you could be right, but it could also be something like a lemon scented tee tree. I would reduce the foliage by 50 % if you just dug them today.

This does not look like European olive - Olea europaea which usually has white bark at this age and slightly wider, more grey leaves. It could be African olive (Olea europaea subspecies cuspidata)which I believe is an invasive weed in the Sydney basin.
