Do you know this potters mark?

Post by hard1all »

I was gifted this nice pot.

It's not a commercially made pot so I assume it's locally made.

It's made from terracotta that makes me think it may have been potted by Jack Tripovitch? However, all the pots of his I have seen have had his initials and this only has the lozenge.

If it helps, the pot has a green washed glaze.

Any ideas would be welcome.

a bonsai friend found, among his massive collection of pots, an identical pot
but
this one has the same lozenge and initials that appear to be E C P
and the word BONZAI
someone must know who this is?
thanks
