Now I just need to learn how to carve

Anyone used one of these before.

Ps. I did have a dremel but it died.
It's got a three year replacement warranty. My dremel died without warning, no smoke, no smell, no sparks, just stopped. It was out of it's 2 year "limited" warranty but had only used it maybe 5 or 6 times. So I figured it cost around $160 at the time so that's 3 of these at $50 each and if it lasts 3 yrs (time of warranty) that's a total of 9 yrs for the same price, I'm in front.The-Calli-Kid wrote:Hey Mate,
That is a good price! But like they say "you get what you pay for.." If these are anything like worksite tools the comparison is bleek!. Ozito's, kept in good condition & never overloaded, after a time FAIL. However a Makita, Dewalt, Panasonic will tolerate rough use and far more load for years longer.
I'm looking at trying my hand at carving too.. and that kit for the same price as a box of corona.. cant go wrong for a beginner!![]()
Please let me know how it goes.
Happy Carving![]()
