This is one reason i like EE so much look at the diffrence one can do in 4 weeks .

once the roots develop more this will be placed in a nice Bonsai pot and well in its way to a nice tree I think

Hi Meagi , mate stay on top of them with the pinch and grow method and you'll have some very nice canopies in a very short time . It will be good to see these at seasons end .

Your in one of the best areas for digging English elm
I'm told keep ur eyes out I'm sure there's lots in your bush area

It is a great spot Meagi But they all straight trunks. I dug them from a water logged spot beside the Latrobe River. The tap roots almost didn't dint exist and with such a healthy root flair they have taken off amazingly 

AC/DC died with Bon, And I am on the hwy to hell too...

Straights are good to ... You may have to search other
Areas for the twisted knarly ones their out there
In your back yard gippy area famous for them
