Help with style of fig

Hi all fig fans;

This fig started life as a small tree that was planted into the rock. I buried the rock for a year and the roots broke out and even broke a chip off the rock. Since then it has grown on without much on-going styling. I think that the tree is too tall for the rock, however I am stuck on how to reduce it (and scared) as it is a favourite. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what style this tree might take in the future. I also think it lacks an apex. I hopefully am attaching three photos. Picture 1 is tree in full leaf, Picture 2 is what I think is the front of the tree and Picture 3 (007) is the tree defoliated today.
Your opinions would be great

P.S. if you need larger photos I will have to post them one at a time. I have only just worked out how to reduce the size

I would remove one of the trunks going up and reduce the height on all the branches. Then you will need to wire the tree to place the branches aesthetically. Dont worry about cutting the tree, Ficus come back strong. If you dont work on the tree then nothing will happen. We need to get over not knowing what to do by study. You are the only one who can work it and put your hand to it so, as Nike says, Just do it.

it would benefit with a bigger pot to allow the tree some growth. Now is a good time to repot figs.

Like Bodhi Says, Just do it

all the branches need to reduced in length as they are quit long and spindly. I had one a few months ago similar and cut them all back hard. Coming back well now

Other thing to note, When you photograph trees. Take the pic from just above the level of the pot and look into the tree rather that down on it from above.

We look at our trees from that angle so we should photograph them the same.

Thanks for the replies. I repotted into the same pot but on more of an angle (picture 2) to the right of the picture. Rock is more into the soil and the first branch on the right of that photo is more horizontal with the branch on the left being more upright and perhaps the leader/apex. Will see how it develops and post another photo later.
