Too late to re-pot a buxus

Too late to re-pot a buxus

Hey everyone :wave:

I found alot of ants in a little bucks I have now it have been soaking underwater overnight but is it too late to give it a repot and I was under the impression I could bare root is this correct?

Any help is very much appreciated

Box are tough and you probably could but i would be inclined to saw of half its rootball without disturbing up near the base and put it back into some new soil just to be on the safe side. Always your choice though.
