Is it to late to repot figs now. I'm in Sydney.

Nope I would still do them fir another month
When the overnight temps will not get above 15 deg then is the time to stop.

I repotted figs a few weeks ago OK

I would be cautious in repotting Ficus now in Sydney. I have quite a few that badly need a repot, but I'm waiting until mid to late spring. The optimal time to repot them in Sydney is mid October to late January.
