Unusual Juniper - Styling critiques

Post by Davehsydney »

This is a tree I've been working on for about 12 months. It was quite a challenging tree from the outset, yet quite unique. The biggest challenge for me was we was wanting to keep the deadwood/live branch and getting the right angle.

Here is a series of progress shots and virts from along the way.

What do you think?

I like the way the potting angle has increased
The last pic seems to indicate that the foliage mass has been thinned exposing the Jin and Shari a bit more I like this too
Q: Why are we all here?
A: Because we are not all there.

Nice tree and a great styling job. Lots to look forward to. As for my taste i think the left hand long branch should be shorter as it seems to distract you from the rest of the tree.
