One of my Lavendar Star bushes got attacked by grubs and had a lot of wood rot. I cut it right back at the end of October and cleaned out all the rotten wood. The remaining stump that survived had two trunks so I have removed from the garden and cut the stump into two. I have planted into a patio pot today but other then cutting the roots to make it fit and removing excess branches no work has been done.

Doing the update on this one. Not looking good would normally declare dead but will wait until spring to see if it shoots, not holding out much hope though.

Went to hard to fast on this one. I have 2 more old shrubs in the garden to try and dig at some time in the future. Might go a bit slower this time.
