New (to me) Old Pots

Post by dansai »

Got these pots today. All I know is the first one came from the Koreshoff's nursery in the 70's.

Any information on the chop or where I might look to find info on it would be appreciated.

Unfortunately couldn't get a good close up of chop on Pot 2.

Nice cloud feet on the first one, it's really rockn the patina too :tu:

Hi dansai, I have exactly the same pots and both of them were purchased from Koreshoffs in the late 70s as well. Mine have not seen as much use as these and are in near mint condition, being a little small for the plants I have. I also purchased a large oval from Koreshoffs at the same time that I have never used. I will see if \I can post a pic for you.

I love the feet too Ryan. Kind of looks likes dragon poking its nose out if you get the right light.

Thanks Bonsaiboy. Would love to see your pots. Don't know when these where last used but they have been stored under the previous owners benches for some time. Wish I had some more money with me on the day and I would have bought more
