With the PJ figs you have two options-1: "twist" off the growing tip, 2: cut it back (and then you have another cutting)!

ok thanks for that, i was almost right with the Figs and the growing tip but i was going to cut it out but i will go give them a twist now :tu: any ideas on the Coprosma and how to shape it ???

Hi, the white spots are stomates. Most leaves have them & they open during wet conditions to allow water out of the leaf & close during dry conditions to help the plant retain moisture. Coming from tropical wet conditions, ficus tend to have larger stomates than other plants as they need to release more water. Here's some further reading:
