Hmmm,
The first branch has really improved
The bark colour really is a great match for the pot
The carving has naturalised beautifully
Its a good trunk width to tree height ratio
All in another great tree from one of the doyans of native bonsai.

Update,
Just finished bark peel and is putting on new growth. Was re-potted earlier this year.

Just keeps on getting better
I always thought lignotubers only formed under or at ground level? I've noticed it on a few street trees, and have always wondered whether its a trait of the tree, or maybe perhaps caused by damage to the tree or something along those lines. Does anyone have any idea?
