Leptospermum Morrisonii (copper Glow)
Pick up this Lepto today. It had good movement and some good branches to choose a new leader and create taper in the trunk line.

I quite like the last shot as the front (but I'm new)! I teems to have the best movement, to me, that is...
Cheers

I love the commentary on taking the tree away! Nice tree too, look forward to its development.

Thanks for posting Josh,
You are right in saying that this fella is a goodun.
Great movement in your last photo and a good size trunk.
I like the way you handled getting it into your car
It's not so simple when you have an actual bonsai that won't fit into your car.
Cheers......Brian

Thanks CoGRedeMptioN, yes the last photo is most likely the front. I just have to decide which branch to use as the new leader, left or right branch ??CoGRedeMptioN wrote:I quite like the last shot as the front (but I'm new)! I teems to have the best movement, to me, that is...
Was rather funny watching the look on their face asking for a pair of secateurs to cut 3/4 of the tree offMount Nasura wrote:I love the commentary on taking the tree away! Nice tree too, look forward to its development.

I've been watching this tree for over a year now. I loved the tree and movement but wasn't willing to pay their price, finally they dropped the price to a reasonable amountBrian Bishop wrote:Thanks for posting Josh,

I have a couple of trees that fit into your last statement and have no idea how I'll transport them

I have a few trees that I picked up that way. Waited too long on the last one though, and it was gone when I went back to look for it.Josh wrote:I've been watching this tree for over a year now. Took this tree to our native bonsai workshop today. Cleaned up the roots and picked a leader. Just needs to back bad now and grow some new branches.
