Hi ya mate would love to but had a couple of heavy hits in the budget this year. A few promises of sales but promises don't get the bank balance up.
Enjoy and say hello, to all I was looking forward to the Australian team more than the others AH!! well.

Cheers Pup

I had planned on attending this one, first time for many, many years. Unfortunately I am in the same boat as Pup and it looks very much as if I will be awaiting all the pic's from those more fortunate than me.

Pup, I used to train reps and often after doing a demo I'd ask how they went. They'd say sold 2 but 6 people are coming back later to buy. I'd respond with "quick run down and up the mortgage on your house, 6 people are coming back later" or " when your power bill is due, just tell them you're still waiting for those 6 people to come back- they'll be ok with that".
I know it's different in your situation but I used to try and make them understand once they walk away you can't count the sale. Disappointing when people don't follow through.

The 27th Australian National Bonsai Convention is also the Bonsai Clubs International Convention 2014. It is titled Sunrise on Australian Bonsai and will be held at QT Gold Coast Hotel, 7 Elkhorn Street, Surfers Paradise, from 21 - 24 August, 2014.
