Gday all,
Iam heading down the coast next week and while I am there I will be keeping an eye out for any decent looking pieces of driftwood and ston/rock etc for use in bonsai displays,
What is the process after collecting such items, i.e. cleaning the wood and rocks and treating the wood to prevent rot?? does anyone know what products are used and how do you do this as driftwood etc seems to be a touch pricey at nurseries!
Many thanks,
Driftwood and rock

Re: Driftwood and rock
Wash the salt out first, dry and treat with a wood hardener.
