last weekends repotting

finally had a sunday off last weekend to repot a few elms and maples , most were just moved into larger pots.

That is one hell of a broom. Fantastic!
I wonder if this is a normal time for repot in your part of the woods? Not too early?
I ask lots of questions that sound like suggestions. Please remember I am a inquisitive newbie trying to figure out why You made a particular decision, in order to learn.

hey Neli its spost to be winter here my elms dont realise lol,
all were about 2yrs since last repot and just slip potted.
and Bek he is a she,lola , and thanks many more better than mine on here.

Already a month into winter here and yep time to repot Decid trees. I do not wait till the end of winter, do them anytime after they go dormnt.

Thanks Ken! I did not know you can do that...always thought spring...if I new I was not going to go abroad...need so much to repot.

Definitely winter now here too ... but my tridents all still have green leaves :shock: ... I'll be waiting a bit longer as this year's winter may drag on a bit :lost: (we didn't even get summer til late Dec as I recall)
