Re: Spoiled myself...
I got a secondhand Kaneshin branch cutter from a friend. probably the best tools out there I must admit! Why would you cover the handles on the tools just curious? Is it common practice in Aus?
What are your guys thoughts on the Rayuga brand? Seen them around as well.

I don't understand either??" Quote Kevin Neil "Why would you cover the handles on the tools just curious?"
I have tools with covered handles and not and I find using tools with no covers easier to use.(I do have extra large hands which are use to gripping all the time with work tools etc?)
I take most grips of my tools,am I wrong to do this?

It is a very interesting book because Masakuni II is one of Japan's few certified tree doctors. I bought it from Angus and Robertsons, for $39.95. Actually there are some of his 'secrets' I have followed with success. Some wonderful pics too.

Comes down to personal preference really. I like the look, and it makes it much less confusing at a workshop when I mix my scissors up with someone else'sdandybonsai wrote:I don't understand either??" Quote Kevin Neil "Why would you cover the handles on the tools just curious?"
