Silver spots on ficus

Hey all, I have recently noticed a growing number of silvery spots on a number of my ficus plants. They seem to be affecting seedlings more than mature trees and I can't see any sign of any bugs that may be causing this. I have never seen this before and have absolutely no idea. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
