Hi Ray,
Yep... It's official, this man can layer just about EVERYTHING!
Correct me if I'm wrong... anyone? Didn't think so!
Another success story, well done!

Hi all,
The next step with the Swamp Cyprus.
I did flat cuts and will wait to see what new leaders appear. I'm not sure I have cut the trunks down enough.
I might need to lower them to create tapper down lower. Any comments are always welcome.
The roots are growing very well.
Regards Ray

Re: Creating a Twin Trunk from a Non Twin Trunk
Hi folks,
After I cut the top out of the remaining stock tree I decided to apply another layer. I was out doing work with the trees this morning and thought I should check this layer. After removing the alfoil to check, I was glad I did as it is chocker block of roots.
I'll remove the layer on Thursday at the School of Bonsai.
Regards Ray
