[ID] Can anyone help identify this tree

Post by Dibbo »

I dug these out of my daughters garden in Albury as she was doing a garden make-over. I am sure the first is a privet but not sure of the second deciduous tree. Can anyone help with a postive ID?
Cheers
Dibbo. :lost:

PS: Sorry for the lousy photos. They were taken with my iPhone on the run as we were up to our necks in digging etc.

Second one is a Pittosporum (NZ and no good for bonsai) the first needs a better pic.

yeah second looks like pittosporum tenuifolium and the first one could be a large leaf privet I think?
