After years of collecting and growing and now living at a property with 6 Callistemon on it, Callistemon are cropping up everywhere as secondary plants in my pots, particularly this year, have planted four out as a hedge, four more as trainees, and still more in pots and in the ground.
This is one from last year, sprouted up so I put it over a rock and have done some basic styling
heaps more of these will follow, next year

Re: Home grown Callistemon
Man that's awesome! Love Cals, just not very lucky with them (read: don't know mud from clay about them!).
It's been a year now since I joined and the only thing I seem to have learned so far is that I don't know poop!
God willing 2015 is more successful!
Nice little tree.
Cheers
