hi guys

when is the best month to cut back my swamp cypress

I do them anytime here in Brissy - they don't always lose their leaves in winter up here. Certainly now would be a great time - you can cut them right back to the trunk and they re shoot on old wood.

I do them anytime of year here in the cooler south. Might take a bit longer to shoot new buds some times of the year but pruning will not harm your tree.

do u need to leaf strip them in winter
