I think contorta or scots 2 are good options.. They're developed enough to start making styling decisions.

I think I am leaning toward Scotts 2 at this stage, black pine 3 will be a good tree and black pine 2 is probably the one I cannot get my head around.

Hello guys, I was going to take this shimpaku to Koji's workshop, but I would have to leave in South Australia so I think it will stay here with me poor little tree. It is 28 cm high and 36 across, I thought it was a good prospect. Ah well just wait till he comes to W.A.
