WTB Swamp Cypress.
My Significant other has taken a liking to Swamp cypress and I'd like to find her one before her bday in july. Willing to travel for the right tree, so if anyone has one for sale hit me up.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: WTB Swamp Cypress.
Wow thanks for that Ken, those guys are spoilt for choice amongst that swamp.
I know that swamp cypress due to their natural growth patterns lend themselves to big dynamic uprights but Im gonna try something else with mine, if only to rustle some jimmies:
Claw for size reference:
Nice deadwood feature in the middle with thick live veins either side.
Thanks again Tien!

Nice movement in the lower part of that trunk Andrew
Not really suitable for formal upright so go for it, It will be great to see "something different"

Thanks again Tien!
Two things to mention here:
First : I was gonna suggest Bonsai Sensation cos last time I was there I remembered seeing some pretty nice ones ... but you figured that out!
Second : might wanna think about sourcing another Swampie cos it looks like the one you got for your significant other has been hijacked by your good self (see underlined quote above)

Enjoy!

Yeah Im way ahead of you there hahaha this one is well and truly mine now. There was a nice advanced one for sale at the market day [Desert cypress] that would of been a nice gift but by the time I made it back to the table it was long gone.Ryceman3 wrote:Andrew F wrote:"My Significant other has taken a liking to Swamp cypress and I'd like to find her one before her bday in july.
