For those of you making the annual pilgrimage into the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show (Wednesday 25 - Sunday 29 March), don't miss the Waverley Bonsai Group's bonsai display. We're located on the second floor at the far end (Nicholson St end) displaying about 40-50 bonsai as part of the Royal Horticultural Society of Victoria's stand. You can't miss our big Red Torii Gate! Some of our members will be manning the stand every day, so come and see us, it's always great to chat with people interested in the art of bonsai
Outside, some of our member's also have entered hanging baskets in the RHSV's 'Biggest Hanging Basket Competition in the world') with bonsai related themes (which was quite a challenge), so if you get to have a look, don't forget to vote in the 'People's Choice Award'!
